Yes, you can switch your billing preference at any time from your account settings. Changes will take effect at your next billing cycle. Annual billing offers significant savings (20% discount) compared to monthly billing.
For Premium and Family plans, up to 2 unused consultations per month will roll over to the next month, with a maximum of 4 additional consultations. Basic plan consultations are pay-per-use and don't accumulate.
The Family plan covers up to 5 family members living at the same address. You get 8 total consultations per month to share among family members as needed. Each member gets their own health records and login while sharing the pooled consultations.
